321… TIME

The inspiration to this drawing came from a local store for luxury watches. I had wanted to draw a watch movement for a long time and when this was mentioned I couldn’t resist. The precision a watchmaker needs to have, in order to machine and assemble such small components to create this masterpiece of a watchmovent is astonishing. I feel this is the same level of precision and patience I need to have in order to create the illusion of realism with my pencils.
